Joen Tikkituote sells products to companies, organizations, sports clubs and individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.


Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Order and payment confirmation

When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for the order. The delivery methods in use depend on the contents of the shopping basket and the combined weight. You can choose from the delivery methods in use at the checkout the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is shown.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you of possible delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.

Return conditions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

Every product purchased on tikkituote.fi or its merchant websites is made to the customer's order. That's why we hope that the customer will carefully consider, for example, the size of the product they are buying before placing an order. You can view the clothing size charts on the product pages.

Our products have a paid return. The right of return does not apply to products personalized with the customer's name or some other identifier, for example. We charge €5 for return costs. There is no right of exchange for our products. The product to be returned must be completely unused and must have tags, etc. attached.

If the entire order is returned, we will refund the price of the products, but not the shipping costs. In addition, we will deduct return costs of €5 from the amount we reimburse.

Product returns damaged due to careless packaging are not covered by the right to return.

Not picking up the order is not the same as returning the order. The customer must first contact joentikkituote@joentikkituote.fi so that we know about a possible return.

The right of return is valid 14 days after the customer has received the ordered products.

In cases of returns, the refund is made through the system to the payment method chosen by the customer, not for example by bank transfer.

Unclaimed package

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
